The SDCBA’s Dialogue on Diversity program offers attendees the chance to hear from some of the industry’s leaders while earning CLE credit and networking.
This presentation will explore diversity in the legal profession through the lens of disability.
This year’s program will feature:
- A discussion on issues in the legal field of employment of people with disabilities, including strategies to address these issues.
- A presentation on stereotyping and unintentional bias as is experienced with communities of color, and how this translates for attorneys with disabilities; and
- A panel discussion on interventions and strategies to ensure fairness in the workplace for attorneys with and without disabilities.
