Project L.E.A.D

Project LEAD is an educational program that SDLRLA co-hosts with the San Diego County District Attorney’s Office which focuses on inspiring fifth graders to make positive life choices. Project L.E.A.D. (Legal Enrichment And Decision-making) is a ten-week educational and crime prevention program designed to teach fifth-graders positive values, conflict resolution, and tools to resist peer pressure. We have taken this program online to complete the 10-week program, classes are usually held on Thursdays from 11:30am – 12:30pm.
We are always looking for volunteers to help with the program. If interested, please reach out to Alara Chilton at [email protected] for additional information.
