Esther Valdés is the Principal Attorney at Valdés & Associates, located in San Diego, California. Ms. Valdés is a graduate of the University of California, San Diego, where she graduated cum laude. Ms. Valdés attained her law degree from the University of California, Berkeley (Boalt Hall), where she studied Immigration and Asylum Law, and was an Associate Editor for the Berkeley Journal of International Law, as well as the La Raza Law Journal.

Ms. Valdes is a Political & Immigration Analyst for KUSI News in San Diego, where she provides Immigration and Political commentary. She is regularly interviewed on national outlets such as NewsMax,Telemundo, as well as international media outlets including BBC World News, ITV (UK), and local media including KTLA and NBC News, regarding Immigration Law & Policy. Ms. Valdés is a frequent guest speaker throughout the US. She is currently serving as the President of the Coronado Unified School District, where she has been a Trustee for 2 terms. In March 2022, she was awarded an Honor Corps Award by Alliance Defending Freedom, for volunteer service in advancement of Christian Truth and restoration of the rule of law.
