I hold a bachelor’s degree in law at Universidad Iberoamericana, with postgraduate studies in International Legal Business, International Arbitration and Corporate Law at San Diego University.

With professional experience of more than 15 years, of that the last 10 years being in Corporate Law within the Financial Sector.

My practice mainly focuses on legal consultancy, business strategy, and corporate matters, with an emphasis in banking, labor and financial issues.

I have done: Legal audit of public and private trusts; Assessment of regulatory impact in financial and NON-financial entities when legislative modifications occur; Issue and implement of Money Laundering Prevention and Financing of Terrorism (AML/LFT) Policy and Manual in non-financial institutions; Legal compliance of money transmitters, SOFOMs (multiple purpose financial companies), and NON-financial corporations. Actively participating in structured financing, secured and unsecured lending transactions, venture capital and derivatives transactions, as well as, financial regulatory matters. Expert in corporate governance matters, due diligences, legal notes.

In addition, I have participated as Fundraiser, in Fund Raising for Non-governmental Organizations, obtaining national private donations from commerce and industry; trusts and foundations; and from private individuals; public and private financial institutions. As well as corporate, community and international foundations, plus government agencies. Working actively with AMANC Morelos (AMANC MORELOS MEXICAN ASSOCIATION TO HELP CHILDREN WITH CANCÉR, A.C.) through the Social and Environmental Program "Giving color to the life of a child with cancer, costs nothing".

Additionally, I have a multidisciplinary practice, with an emphasis on cross border transactions, international trade negotiations.

Furthermore, I have experience with various federal government agencies on different issues, negotiating normative instruments and legal criteria, regulatory improvement and public policies before the House of Representatives.

I also have collaborated in legal reviews of free trade agreements, and other international treaties, and participated in a variety of international forums such as APEC (Asia - Pacific Economic Cooperation Mechanism).
