Bio :
I represent clients in employment, class action, business, and real estate litigation. I have provided representation in complex cases and class actions involving claims of wage and hour violations, harassment, retaliation, discrimination, meal period and rest break violations, wrongful termination, and other violations of California employment and labor laws, including under the Fair Employment and Housing Act and PAGA.

I currently serve as a Director at Large for the San Diego La Raza Lawyers' Association ("SDLRLA"), and I co-chair the SDLRLA's Professional Development Committee. I also serve as the President of the Latino Alumni Network for the University of San Diego, which represents over 8,000 Latino alumni, as a Board Member for the USD Law Alumni Association, and as a Board Member of the St. Thomas More Society of San Diego.

Prior to joining Greene & Roberts LLP, I was an associate attorney at a boutique full-service law firm in San Diego, where I represented clients in business, real estate, employment, insurance, and securities litigation.

I obtained my Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Diego School of Law, where I served as an Associate Editor of the San Diego Law Review and was awarded the San Diego La Raza Lawyers Association Scholarship, the Jerry G. Gonick and Susan S. Gonick Student Scholarship in Honor of Dean Stephen C. Ferruolo, the Mary & Alan Schulman Scholarship, and the Warren Family Endowment Scholarship.

During law school, I completed internships for the U.S. Department of Justice - Office of the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of California; the Financial Fraud & Special Prosecutions Unit and Electronic Crimes (eCrime) Unit of the California Department of Justice - Office of the Attorney General; the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California; a legal clinic providing pro-bono legal services to entrepreneurs in the entertainment industry; and a full-service civil litigation law firm.

Prior to law school, I worked for my family's real estate investment company, which manages and develops properties in southern California and Peru, South America. I received my B.A. from UCLA, where I served as president of the Association of Latino Professionals for America.

In my free time, I love: spending time with my family and friends; mentoring and working with youth; and working out, reading history, and investing. Since 2017, I have volunteered over 1,000 hours of legal services pro bono. In 2019, I received the Pro Bono Service Award from USD School of Law.
