Board of Directors and Executive Officers Nominations for leadership positions for the San Diego La Raza Lawyers Association Scholarship Fund are being accepted now through December 11, 2010. Please note that candidates need not be attorneys or Latino. Available positions include: Director At Large; President; Secretary; and Treasurer. The positions will be voted on by the current Scholarship Fund Board of Directors on December 12, 2010. Successful candidates will begin their duties immediately. The Board of Directors typically meets on a quarterly basis. The Scholarship Fund is an independent, non-profit corporation created by the San Diego La Raza Lawyers Association to carry out educational and scholarship activities and is qualified as a charitable, tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
