SDLRLA is proud to announce that we are working in partnership with the San Diego County Bar Association, New Lawyer Division Mentoring Circles. The SDCBA NLD Mentoring Program provides a fantastic opportunity to exchange ideas, experiences, advice and support within a group of attorneys in the same practice area. For purposes of a formal mentoring program, SDLRLA strongly encourages our members with 7 years or more experience as an attorney to sign up to mentor new attorneys, and strongly encourages our new attorneys with less than 7 years of experience to take advantage of this amazing opportunity to learn from experienced mentors, as well as your peers. NLD members/mentees will be able to request SDLRLA mentors, so to our experienced attorneys out there please sign up so that we can help support the next generation of attorneys in San Diego!

A Kick-Off event will be held on March 15, 2012 at Vin de Syrah where participants will meet and mingle with others in their circle while enjoying a complimentary cocktail and hosted appetizers.
