Join us in meeting the first Latina Chairman of the Federal Trade Commission, which serves to protect consumers and maintain fair business practices.Her appointment to Chair the Commission became effective March 4, 2013. She had previously served as a Commissioner of the Federal Trade Commission since 2010. She is an honors graduate of Harvard Law School, where she was an editor of the Harvard Law Review, and Harvard College. She is a native of Southern California.
