Mr. Aldana has over eighteen years’ of experience practicing law. Mr. Aldana attended Harvard University and Thomas Jefferson School of Law. He is admitted to practice in all the Federal District Courts in California, including the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals and all State Courts in California. Mr. Aldana may practice in every immigration court in the United States. Mr. Aldana is currently on the board of the San Diego La Raza Lawyers Association and is a member of the Consumer Attorneys of San Diego and the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
